Peppermint

Peppermint 1

You will see these trees in many parts of Perth and the southwest coast of Western Australia. They are called Peppermint (Agonis flexuosa) and are in flower at present. The trees grow to about 10m in height and are rather weeping in form. The small white flowers are fairly unremarkable by local wildflower standards, but there are so many of them that the trees almost look like they are covered in snow.
